Our client who is an industry leader in Lubricants offering a broad range of products from its strategic partners, including hydraulic fluids, conventional lubricants for gas and diesel engines, biodegradable lubricants, and high-performance synthetic lubricants.
They are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the existing sales team. Responsibilities include the leadership, development, training, and motivation of a field based and Inside Sales Team to achieve the highest levels of sales performance.
The Ideal Candidate is someone who has 5- 10 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of managing and building successful sales teams in petroleum/lubricants, construction, heavy equipment, pneumatics or related industries.
A background in lubricants is not necessary but an asset
